It
all started when Scott began remodeling our home and handcrafting unique items
to accessorize each room. We realized then, that God had given Scott a
special ability and skill to create a one-of-a-kind look with every piece he
designed.
We know that God gives everyone a special skill or talent to accomplish His purpose for his/her life so we really started seeking His direction and will for our lives at that point, and the inspiration for Taylored for Texas was created. He put the desire in our hearts and opened the doors to allow its start in February 2004. Our new adventure had begun….
We want you to know that every piece designed is uniquely crafted with the rustic look of the Old West. No one item is identical to another. We create many of our upscale Ranch style pieces using old reclaimed doors, and we also utilize reclaimed wood to give it that extra flair of character.
Our venture has given us the opportunity to meet others we may have never encountered otherwise, and to share what God has done and is continuing to do in our lives. We pray that everyone who reads this excerpt will seek after His purpose and will for their lives, and that they will grasp the joy He intends for us all to have.
